Why alt text matters
Alt text describes an image for people using screen readers and for search engines, which can't see images the way people do. Good alt text helps your images show up in Google Images and makes your page usable for everyone.
How it works
Clarnic reads the page, finds images that have no alt attribute (it skips SVG icons and tiny images), and an AI vision model looks at up to 6 of them. Each suggestion is a single sentence of under 125 characters that says what's shown and why it matters on the page. Edit them, then copy the finished <img> tag.
Decorative images that add nothing (like background shapes) should get an empty alt="" instead.
