Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Clarnic you agree to these terms. If you use Clarnic for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Clarnic analyzes data from tools you connect and suggests changes to your website. Suggestions and revenue estimates are informed estimates, not guarantees of rankings, traffic or sales.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the tools and stores you connect.

4. Changes to your store

Clarnic only changes your store when you press Apply. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, resell access, or connect data you don't have permission to use.

7. Third-party services

Clarnic depends on Google, Microsoft, Shopify and Cloudflare services. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
